Responsibilities
Business Partnering:
o Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
o Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
o Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for management.
Strategic Planning:
o Collaborate with senior management to formulate and implement strategic business plans.
o Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Program Management:
o Manage financial programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive program success.
o Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Other Requirements
Bachelor's degree + MBA in finance
1-2 years of experience in business finance, financial analysis, or program management,
preferably within a start up environment
Good to have
- Good presentation skills and excel
