Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and petty cash.

• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

• Ensure timely filing of SOFTEX, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

• Manage payroll processing and related accounting.

• Support management with financial data and MIS reports.

• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions

Other Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

• Proficiency in  Zoho Books

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.
