Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on Oil & Gas to students.
  • Utilize various teaching methods, including lectures, group discussions, case studies, and hands-on exercises, to enhance student understanding and engagement.
  • Maintain the quality of instruction by continuously updating course materials, incorporating industry best practices, and integrating technological advancements into the curriculum.
  • Assess student learning outcomes through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Mentor and advise students on career paths, job opportunities, and professional certifications in the field of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members and industry experts to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of the logistics curriculum.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, and academic committees to contribute to the overall growth and improvement of the department.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in logistics and supply chain management to incorporate relevant updates into course content.
  • Cultivate a positive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning among students.
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of the logistics department through curriculum development, program planning, and recruitment efforts.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Oil & Gas or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Oil & Gas
  • Proven track record of success in the Oil Industry with a comprehensive understanding of its principles, processes, and technologies.
  • Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring individuals in a classroom or corporate setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to fostering critical thinking and practical skills development in students.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and industry partners to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
