Responsibilities

• Support the program manager in developing program plans and timelines.
• Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Track program progress and update program documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective program execution.
• Participate in program meetings and provide updates on program status.
• Conduct research and analysis to support program decision-making.
• Assist in the development of program reports and presentations.

Other Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
