We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager with extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation to lead and manage change management activities for a major transformation project in Riyadh. This is a 2-year contract role.

-Lead all change management activities for key OCM workstreams across ERP implementations and other major transformations.
-Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to address the people side of change.
-Develop and execute actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plans, stakeholder management plans, workforce transition plans, training plans, and change readiness plans.
-Identify potential change risks and resistance points; develop specific plans to mitigate or address these concerns.
-Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, present findings, and recommend interventions.
-Identify resistance and performance gaps and work to develop and implement mitigation plans.
-Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of program level changes.
-Extensive experience in at least 3-4 end-to-end SAP projects.
-Overall experience of 7-8 years in change management roles.
-Experience with SAP Enable Now is essential.
-Proven ability to empower change through empathy, strategic leadership, and resilient stakeholder
collaboration in dynamic organizational environments.
Skills and Competencies:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including proficiency in writing emails and
bulletins.
-Strong skills in designing and formulating presentation slides for steering committee meetings.
-Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
