Responsibilities

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
•  Design client-side and server-side architecture
•  Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
•  Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
•  Write effective APIs
•  Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
•  Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
•  Create security and data protection settings
•  Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
•  Write technical documentation

Other Requirements

•  Proficiency in Django: Strong understanding of Django and Django REST Framework, including model management, ORM, views, forms, and templating. Experience with Django's security features and best practices.
•  Frontend Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries like React.
•  Database Management: Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. Ability to design and optimize database schemas and write efficient queries. API Development: Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs, and familiarity with JSON, XML, and web protocols (HTTP, HTTPS).
•  Version Control: Proficiency in Git, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
•  Responsive Design: Experience with responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap, and the ability to create mobile-friendly interfaces.
•  Testing: Familiarity with writing unit tests, integration tests, and using testing frameworks such as Django's built-in test suite.
•  Deployment: Experience with deploying Django applications using services like AWS, Heroku, or Docker. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
