We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our sales process by utilizing excellent communication skills to follow up with existing and potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide any necessary information or assistance.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  • Provide product knowledge and information to clients as needed.
  • Monitor sales activities and generate reports to track progress towards sales goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation and qualification efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Sales Experience in software industry preferred.

Other Requirements

  • 3+ years of Proven experience in inside sales /BDM
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to empathize with clients' needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
