Responsibilities

• The BDA will be responsible for guiding prospective students, counseling them on course options, facilitating the admission process, and maintaining strong communication throughout the enrollment journey.

• The role involves building relationships with students and their families, providing personalized assistance, handling inquiries, and collaborating with the team to achieve admission targets. 
• The counselor will also conduct regular follow-ups and deliver excellent customer service to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Other Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and overall communication skills
• Customer service expertise with the ability to handle inquiries and guide students effectively
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on student enrollment and achieving admission targets
• Background in education or familiarity with academic and training environments
• Proficiency in verbal and written English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
• Prior counseling or educational consultative experience is an added advantage.
