• Proactively make calls to potential customers to introduce financial products, explain benefits, and convert leads into sales.
• Answer incoming calls from customers, providing information, resolving queries, and addressing their needs related to financial products.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients, providing additional information and clarifications to help close sales.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns related to account status, application processes, payments, or product information, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
