Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Ensure security measures are in place and conduct regular audits.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement and support LAN/WAN connectivity and network protocols.
• Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance.

• Develop and deliver training materials for CCNA, CCNP, and AWS certification courses.
• Conduct hands-on labs and practical sessions to enhance learning.
• Provide mentorship and support to students during their training journey.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in networking and cloud computing.

• Maintain documentation for systems configurations, processes, and training materials.
• Generate reports on system performance and training outcomes.
• Work closely with other IT staff to ensure seamless operations.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in system administration and network management.
• Strong teaching and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
