Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists to deliver client projects efficiently
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, content, and analytics to ensure seamless project delivery
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client expectations
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Identify process improvements to increase team productivity and campaign effectiveness
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
• Communicate project status and insights to senior management and clients

Other Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven leadership or team management experience
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content strategy, and web analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering results within deadlines
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools like SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client escalations and internal challenges calmly and effectively
• Experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus
• Qualifications - MBA, BTech, or a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
