Responsibilities

1. Onboarding & Off boarding:
Manage the entire employee onboarding process, including pre-employment documentation, background checks, and induction programs.
Handle employee exit formalities, including clearance, exit interviews, and offboarding documentation.
2. Payroll Processing
3. Compliance & Regulatory Management:
Ensure all HR operations adhere to local labor laws and industry regulations (including IT hardware-specific requirements).
4. Performance Management & Employee Development:
Support the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews, ensuring timely completion, and managing performance-related documentation.
Assist in the execution of performance improvement plans (PIPs) and track progress on individual development plans (IDPs).
5. Policy & Process Improvement:
Assist in developing and updating HR policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
6. Recruitment Support
7. HR Labor Law Compliance
8. Other back end operational activities as and when required by the company

  • The individual must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. 
  • Strong leadership skills are essential to oversee HR functions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. 
  • The Manager- HR and Admin will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement. 
  • Candidates should have a proven track record in managing HR operations and successfully resolving employee issues.
