The Manager- HR and Admin oversees all human resources and administrative functions within the organization. Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's goals and objectives. Manages a team of HR professionals to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Manage the entire employee onboarding process, including pre-employment documentation, background checks, and induction programs.
Handle employee exit formalities, including clearance, exit interviews, and offboarding documentation.

Ensure all HR operations adhere to local labor laws and industry regulations (including IT hardware-specific requirements).
4. Performance Management & Employee Development:
Support the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews, ensuring timely completion, and managing performance-related documentation.
Assist in the execution of performance improvement plans (PIPs) and track progress on individual development plans (IDPs).
