Responsibilities

Client Management:

* Maintain strong relationships with clients specially based in UAE, US and Australia, acting as the primary point of contact for all digital marketing activities.
* Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
* Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the internal team.

Task Management:

* Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across digital platforms.
* Ensure timely completion of tasks as per client expectations and project deadlines.
* Track and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements when needed.

Digital Marketing Execution:

* Manage and optimise online campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media management, email marketing, lead generation, create proposals, content writing & content marketing.
* Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to enhance ROI.
* Develop and manage digital marketing content tailored to target audiences.

Communication:

* Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively between clients and teams.
* Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports to keep clients informed about campaign progress and performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.
* Contribute ideas to improve overall marketing processes and client satisfaction.

Other Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, linkedin ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
* Exceptional client management and task coordination abilities.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
