We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead the human resources function in our IT firm. Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute long-term workforce strategies aligned with the company's vision and business goals.
- Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and initiatives to foster organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee talent management strategies, including acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.

2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent, including partnerships and campus recruitment.
- Monitor industry trends in hiring and compensation to ensure competitive positioning.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

3. Learning and Development
- Identify skill gaps and create training programs to enhance technical and leadership competencies.
- Implement leadership development programs to prepare high-potential employees for future roles.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through certifications, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

4. Employee Engagement and Experience
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to improve satisfaction and reduce attrition.
- Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and implement changes based on feedback.
- Oversee rewards and recognition programs to motivate and retain employees.

5. Performance Management
- Lead the annual performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop strategies to address underperformance, including mentoring, training, and role adjustments.
- Oversee the establishment and communication of individual and team KPIs.

6. Compliance and Policies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, IT industry standards, and internal HR policies.
- Regularly update and communicate HR policies to align with legal and organizational changes.
- Promote ethical practices and provide channels for addressing grievances and workplace issues.

7. Compensation and Benefits
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salaries and benefits structures.
- Oversee salary reviews, increments, and incentive programs based on performance and organizational goals.
- Implement wellness programs, including health insurance, mental health support, and fitness initiatives.

8. Organizational Development
- Lead change management initiatives during organizational transitions such as scaling, mergers, or restructuring.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
- Analyze attrition trends and implement employee retention strategies.

9. HR Technology and Analytics
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HRMS/HRIS systems for operational efficiency.
- Leverage HR analytics for decision-making on recruitment, retention, performance, and training.
- Explore automation opportunities to improve HR operations.

10. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure seamless execution of HR functions.
- Collaborate with department heads to support cross-functional goals and employee satisfaction.

Other Requirements

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8+ experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record in strategic HR management, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR technology tools, HRIS/HRMS platforms, and analytics.
