Responsibilities

• Data analytics: Generate actionable insights based on historical trend analysis, variance from plan, and deep dive of business key performance indicators.
• Business Finance partnering: Assist business finance team in analysis of various planning, cost optimization and business partnering projects.
• MIS & Reporting: Data collation and preparation of MIS modules || Prepare presentations for internal meetings.
• Business performance reporting: Prepare business related data & data scrubbing for analysis| Prepare central & functional cost reporting.
• Metrics Tracking: Report, Monitor, Track key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Supplement ad hoc requests with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making.

Other Requirements

• Graduate (B.com / MBA / CA/ Inter CA / B.Tech) with prior experience (1-3) years as data/financial analyst
• Demonstrated experience in working with excel and/or google sheets
• Experience collating data for MIS systems
• Prior start-up experience preferred
• In-depth understanding of cost structures and P&L
• Adequate communication & stakeholder management skills.
