Responsibilities
Primary:
- Build competitive products including services activities customized to the potential opportunities of different destinations and customer needs
- Identify, negotiate and finalize vendors to partner with for rendering our services by maintaining the quality benchmark
- Ensure all legal formalities are taken care of and launched products get maximum reach and visibility
- Plan inventory for GITs and FITs for different destinations and promote sales after liaising with the marketing team
- Liaise with our marketing team for generating leads to ensure targeted inventory is sold off
Secondary
- Conduct thorough market analysis to build competitive products and quality service
- Prepare a detailed document on the designed products including terms and conditions and share it with the Product team.
- Ensure every product is uploaded accurately on the website by the product team and any revisions and additional services are updated for the customer’s reference
- Educate the Holiday consultants and the Regional leaders on new products launched and amendments to the existing products.
- Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure the product reaches the right audience and sufficient leads are generated to achieve targeted sales.
- Identify multiple vendors and provide business based on vendor rating
- Conduct market research and keep the sales team updated on any legal/visa changes that the customers need to know.
- Analyse product performance and submit weekly and monthly reports to the management.
- Liaise with the operations team for feedback from the customers and make changes in our products and services accordingly.
- Liaise with our operations team to handle post-sales operations attending to the customer's queries
- Conduct Holiday product refreshers to consultants and ensure appropriate sales pitch is educated
- Proper Training should be given to the consultants based on the new product launch and existing products on monthly basis.
Other Requirements
- 50% marks in any graduation
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Travel domain
