Responsibilities
- Lead
and manage sales operations, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
- Develop
and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and lead
generation.
- Identify
new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Build,
mentor, and manage a small sales/marketing team for optimum performance.
- Establish
and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral
business.
- Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences for
strategic planning.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company
objectives.
- Prepare
sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s
degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–8
years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in.

track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Ability
to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive initiatives independently.
