• The role of a Software Test Engineer for Chatbot or Communication Center includes the responsibility of ensuring the quality and functionality of AI chatbot systems through various testing methods such as Software Testing, System Integration Testing, and Manual Testing. 
• The candidate should possess solid skills in testing techniques and have a good understanding of AI chatbot systems. 
• Additionally, effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for documenting test cases and communicating with the development team. 
• The Software Test Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless user experience and maintaining the reliability of communication platforms.

Other Requirements

• 2 + yrs of Experiences in the area of Quality Management
• Experience Manual & Automation Testing
• Experience in AI , Communication center/chatbot mandatory
• Clear communicator (written and verbal)
• Experience in developing testing approach, test plan, Test cases & Test reports as well as defining test data requirements
