Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Develop and optimize RESTful & GraphQL APIs for scalable back-end services.
3. Build responsive UI components with React.js and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
4. Manage and optimize database structures in MongoDB for high efficiency.
5. Implement authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
6. Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
7. Work with DevOps & cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment and scaling.
8. Write unit & integration tests to ensure application reliability.
9. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
10. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
Other Requirements
1. 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development using MERN stack.
2. Strong expertise in MongoDB (Aggregation, Indexing, Replication, etc.).
3. Proficiency in React.js, Redux, Context API, Hooks, and component-based architecture.
4. In-depth knowledge of Node.js & Express.js for backend development.
5. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
6. Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deployment and scaling.
7. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
8. Knowledge of unit & integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.).
9. Proficiency in Git, Agile methodologies, and Jira/Trello for task management.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
Strong grasp of user-centred design principles and industry best practices.
