Responsibilities

• As an Adobe Journey Optimizer QA, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of the Journey Optimizer platform. 
• This role requires expertise in QA Testing methodologies, REST API testing, Selenium automation, Postman, Java programming, and strong analytical skills. 
• You will be tasked with identifying and resolving issues, continuously improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
•  Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, have experience with CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to the overall success of the Adobe Journey Optimizer platform through rigorous testing and validation.

Other Requirements

• 7+ years ofexperience in QA testing , preferably in marketing automation, emailmarketing, or customer journey orchestration .
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) andcampaign execution workflows.
• Experience with manual and automation testing formarketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in testing REST APIs, data validation, andcampaign triggers .
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Postman, Java, orPython for automation testing.
• Experience working with JIRA, TestRail, or similar testmanagement tools .
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud , including AdobeAnalytics and AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) .
• Understanding of email deliverability, personalizationlogic, and journey testing methodologies .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Ability to work in an agile environment withcross-functional teams.
• Experience with SQL for data validation andsegmentation testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Journey Optimizer certification.
