Responsibilities

• Should be able to handle SQL Development - Tables, complex Stored Procedures, Functions. Experience in Design and Development of RDBMS
• Understand the existing system landscape from a functional/ business and systemic standpoint.
• Interact with product management, project management and architect teams to develop a strong understanding of the data existing landscape
• Should be able to identify business requirements including data sources, target systems, transformations required, business rules required to be applied and existing data model from the mapping document.

Other Requirements

• Experience in Design and Development of RDBMS
• Extensive Experience in SQL Development - Tables, complex Stored Procedures, Functions etc.
• Experience with OLTP Web Applications Development
• Experience in ETL – preferably Azure Data Factory
• Experience in Azure DevOps CI/CD processes.
• Ability to work with a development team to support all database operations and ETL for web applications
• Ability to design database systems, analyze and maintain existing databases and implement new features.
• Strong MS SQL programming skills such as writing complex SQL Queries, Functions, Stored Procedures
• Good understanding of the Database Schema in relational model
• Ability to do Relational Data Modelling and Physical Schema
• Debugging and optimization skills.
• Performance testing to ensure the proper operations of the database.
• Ability to do ad-hoc production support analysis.
• The ability to work and team effectively with team and management personnel across geographies
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
• Should be proficient in database and data warehouse testing
• Must be flexible with working hours, independent and self-motivated
