Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development:
  
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the biomedical sector.
  
• Promote and sell a range of biomedical products, including medical devices, diagnostic equipment, and healthcare solutions.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  
• Client Relationship Management:
  
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
  
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to fit their requirements.
  
• Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
  
• Product Knowledge & Education:
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the biomedical field.
  
• Educate potential clients on the benefits and features of our biomedical products.
  
• Offer training and demonstrations on product usage when necessary.
  
• Reporting & Administration:
  
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management, outlining sales performance and pipeline development.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and marketing activities using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.

Other Requirements

• Education:
  
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Additional certifications in sales or medical products would be an advantage.
  
• Experience:
  
• Minimum of 1 - 6 years of sales experience in the biomedical, medical device, or healthcare industry.
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  
• Strong understanding of medical products, equipment, or healthcare technologies.
