Responsibilities

• As a Visual FoxPro (VFP) Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting applications built using Visual FoxPro, DOS FoxPro, and Clipper. 
• Your role includes system analysis, understanding business requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. 
• You will be involved in full-cycle code development—writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while ensuring high performance and reliability. 
• Responsibilities also include debugging, troubleshooting existing applications, and supporting migration projects from legacy systems. 
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve application functionality and user experience is essential. 
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of legacy database systems are key to success in this role.

Other Requirements

•    5+ Years of experience in Visual FoxPro / Dos FoxPro / Clipper
•    2+Years of experience in System Analysis
•    2+ Years of experience in code development.
•    Experience with in-depth analysis of application documenting the business logic
•    Understanding Visual FoxPro complex logic and prepares detailed technical specifications.
•    Ability to expose the logic to the Development Team.
•    Data conversion/ application conversion is a Plus.
•    Financial/Insurance domain experience is a must.
•    Very good verbal communication and writing skills
