Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Connect with corporate clients daily via calls (80-100) and emails to generate RFQs.
  • Ensure a minimum of 2 RFQs per day, totaling at least 44 per month.
  • Maintain a minimum conversion rate of 20% from generated RFQs.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Assist in sales campaigns by identifying high-potential corporate prospects.
  • Ensure documentation and reporting of lead generation performance.

Other Requirements

  • Qualification: UG Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or telesales.
  • Prior experience in call centers handling corporate clients is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in CRM management for lead tracking and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and documentation.

Skills

Must Have:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet set KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good to have

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with UAE corporate market trends and client engagement strategies.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
