Responsibilities

1. Academic Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day academic operations for all programs, including course scheduling, faculty coordination, and student support.
• Ensure timely commencement, execution, and completion of academic programs as per the academic calendar.
• Monitor and maintain the quality and integrity of academic services to meet industry standards and accreditation requirements.

2. Curriculum Development & Compliance

• Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and industry partners to design and update course curricula.
• Ensure alignment of the curriculum with the latest industry requirements and global standards for certifications.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies and accreditation requirements.

3. Faculty & Trainer Management

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a pool of qualified trainers, faculty, and guest lecturers.
• Facilitate faculty development programs to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Monitor faculty performance and ensure adherence to the training pedagogy and curriculum.

4. Student Support & Engagement

• Lead the student engagement process, providing support on academic matters, grievances, and performance issues.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment for students to achieve academic excellence.
• Conduct student orientation programs and offer continuous guidance to ensure successful program completion.

5. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for academic delivery, faculty performance, and student outcomes.
• Lead regular academic audits and feedback sessions with students and faculty.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the quality of academic services.

6. Technology Integration

• Oversee the use of learning management systems (LMS) and other EdTech tools for effective online and hybrid learning.
• Facilitate training for faculty and students on the use of academic technology platforms.

7. Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on academic performance and progress.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, admissions, placement) to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies, certification partners, and academic institutions.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in academic operations, education management, or a similar role.
• Experience with certification-based training programs in IT, cybersecurity, or technology-driven domains is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in managing faculty, academic administration, and student engagement initiatives.
