Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Associates to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Drive student enrollments and revenue growth for the assigned region (Bangalore).
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversion, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
  • Ensure proper counseling and guidance is provided to students/parents by the team.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and share insights with management.
  • Handle escalations and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing sales talent.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership/managerial role.
  • Experience in academic sales/EdTech/education industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong network and understanding of the Bangalore market will be an added advantage.
