The Voice Logger Auditor is responsible for reviewing and analyzing recorded voice calls to ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. This role is essential in identifying gaps, providing feedback for improvement, and supporting continuous process enhancements in customer or client communications.

• Monitor and audit voice call recordings from customer service, sales, or support teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Identify and report on non-compliance, customer service issues, or potential risk factors.
• Document and categorize findings in an organized and trackable format.
• Provide constructive feedback to team leaders or QA teams based on call audits.
• Work closely with compliance, training, and operations to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Assist in developing or refining call quality scorecards and audit checklists.
• Prepare periodic audit reports and present insights or trends to management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection practices.
• Bachelor’s degree/PG
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent listening, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
• Time management skills and ability to work independently.
Any degree with Minimum 2 years similar experience / PG Fresher
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience in BPO, financial services, healthcare, or telecommunications.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities (if applicable).
