Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve software, system, and network issues in a timely manner.
- System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain Windows server operating systems, as well as network devices such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Cloud Environment: Set up and oversee cloud environments, including Azure and AWS.
- User Management: Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Network Performance: Monitor and manage network performance, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
- Security: Ensure system and data security by implementing and managing security measures, conducting regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, and monitoring systems for security breaches.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and IT policies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.
Other Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: at least 3 years proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, macOS, Linux, and network management.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to work in shifts and availability outside of working hours.
