Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the educational sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
• Monitor team performance and Provide regular performance feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the education domain.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Ensure the team adheres to company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the education industry (edtech, publishing, training, etc.).
• Experience in managing or mentoring a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
