Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and WhatsApp to drive high-quality leads.

• Optimize performance metrics like ROAS, CPL, and CAC through continuous analysis and A/B testing.

• Manage ad budgets over ₹5L/month, ensuring effective spend allocation and maximum ROI.

• Build and execute full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) for lead nurturing and conversion.

• Track and report campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, UTM parameters, and attribution models.

Other Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), WhatsApp Marketing
• Experience managing ₹5L+/month ad budgets
• Proven success in generating high-quality leads for high-ticket services
• Skilled in optimizing for ROAS, CPL, and CAC with a growth mindset
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
• Experience in running conversion experiments (A/B testing, landing page testing)
• Proficiency in tools like GA4, Looker Studio, UTM tracking, and attribution modeling

• Experience in marketing in EdTech or Career/Skill Development domains
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or Performance Max campaigns
• Built or managed dashboards to track key performance metrics
