Responsibilities

• Policy/Claims Support: Manage policy setups, changes, and claims intake by coordinating with client contacts via email, chat, and calls.
• Quality Audits: Conduct quality checks on associates' work, provide constructive feedback, and coach team members.
• Team Support: Assist frontline associates with queries, referrals, and support trainees.
• Complex Accounts Handling: Manage and resolve complex account issues while providing on-the-job training for new hires.
• Training: Conduct process-related training sessions for the team as and when required.

Other Requirements

• Minimum 6 Months to 1 year in Insurance back-office processes, preferably in Claims support​
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
• Must be available for Work from Office (WFO) in Kochi.
• Immediate availability for joining on 15th July 2025

         Experience: Minimum 6 Months to 1 year in Insurance back-office processes, preferably in US Claims support
         Educational Requirements:

• Graduates or Postgraduates, preferably with a Commerce background.
• (Candidates from technical backgrounds such as B.Tech are not eligible.)
