Responsibilities

• Organize and categorize pending invoices accurately within Zoho Books.
• Reconcile invoices against supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to verify invoice details and resolve discrepancies, if any.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure proper tagging and classification in the system.
• Assist in generating basic invoice-related reports as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection guidelines during all operations.
• Provide timely updates on task progress and escalate any issues to the reporting manager.
