Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process
• Follow up with clients/customers for pending payments
• Update and maintain payment records
• Resolve invoice and payment-related issues
• Generate daily/weekly AR reports

Other Requirements

• Must have BPO experience in Accounts Receivable
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic knowledge of accounting and AR process
• Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools
• Ready to join immediately or with short notice (preferred)

Experience:

• Accounts Receivable: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• B.Com (Required)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Required)

Location: Infopark, Kakkanad,Kochi

Experience: 2 years experience in Account Receivable within BPO industry

Salary: ₹3 LPA - ₹3.5 LPA

Shift Timing: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM(Night Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
