Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing graphics, social media posts, ads, presentations, and branding materials.
• Edit and produce high-quality promotional, marketing, and social media videos.
• Use AI tools (such as MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Runway, Pika Labs, or similar) for design ideation, asset generation, video editing, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to deliver engaging creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats (shorts, reels, carousels, infographics, etc.).
• Stay updated with design trends, video styles, and emerging AI creative tools.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with creativity, accuracy, and consistency

Other Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with AI design and editing platforms (e.g., Canva AI, Runway, MidJourney, Pika, Descript, etc.).
• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects.

Good to have

• Experience in motion graphics and 3D design is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media content trends (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing workflows.
