Responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing approach, including test plans, test cases, and test reports, ensuring comprehensive coverage for both Manual and Automation Testing, aligned with Quality Management standards.
• Perform Integration and Performance Testing for AI, Communication center/chatbot solutions, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and accuracy under various conditions.
• Collaborate and communicate clearly (written and verbal) with cross-functional teams to define test data requirements, track issues, and ensure alignment with project quality goals.

Other Requirements

• 2 + yrs of Experiences in the area of Quality Management
• Experience Manual & Automation Testing
• Experience in AI , Communication center/chatbot mandatory
• Clear communicator (written and verbal)
• Experience in developing testing approach, test plan, Test cases & Test reports as well as defining test data requirements
• Experience in Integration & Performance Testing
• Ability to commute/relocate: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
