Responsibilities

• Install RO water purifiers and related equipment at customer premises.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs on RO systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Conduct quality checks on water purification systems post service.
• Maintain proper documentation of service calls, parts usage, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits.
• Educate customers on product usage, safety, and basic troubleshooting.
• Adhere to company protocols, safety standards, and SOPs during service visits.
• Maintain tools and spare parts inventory assigned for field operations.
• Report any recurring issues or customer dissatisfaction to the Service Manager.

Other Requirements

• Education- ITI/Diploma
• Ability to install RO water purifiers and related equipment, perform preventive maintenance, conduct breakdown repairs, and ensure the system operates efficiently through proper quality checks.
• Expertise in diagnosing system issues, resolving customer complaints quickly and professionally, and identifying recurring faults to report to the Service Manager for corrective action.
