Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and monitor Admission Counsellors to meet targets
• Oversee the admissions process from lead to conversion
• Track performance, conduct reviews, and improve conversion ratios
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
• Ensure CRM accuracy and quality communication with leads

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 4–6 years of experience in sales/EdTech admissions
• At least 1 year of team-handling experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and target-oriented mindset
• Eligibility: Open only to candidates from Kerala
