Responsibilities

• Assist the reporting manager in all daily operational and coordination tasks
• Support MIS updates, data tracking, and report preparation
• Coordinate with Sales, Academics, Mentors, Finance, and Marketing teams
• Follow up on tasks, updates, and pending actions across departments
• Support student onboarding, class tracking, and internal documentation
• Assist in handling social media platforms
• Help with ad-hoc tasks related to operations, growth, and process improvement

Other Requirements

• Any graduate/Post graduate
• Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
• Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook)
• Good communication and coordination skills
