Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects in the HIS (Hospital Information System) domain.

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.

• Understand HIS requirements and support implementation activities.

• Track tasks, project progress, and reporting using Jira.

• Ensure project milestones are completed on time.

• Handle client communication, documentation, and issue resolution.

• Identify risks and ensure quality project execution.

Other Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Lead in IT projects.

• Strong domain knowledge in Hospital Information Systems (HIS).

• Experience working with healthcare clients and hospital processes.

• Hands-on experience with Jira.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

Good to have

• Middle East project experience in healthcare/HIS domain.

• Experience working with hospital departments such as OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Lab, EMR, etc.

• Exposure to HIS implementation, migration, and integration with other hospital systems.

• Knowledge of healthcare standards and compliance is a plus.
