• Strong analytical and organizational skills to monitor performance, develop insights, and optimize sales operations
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure a smooth sales process
• Previous experience in sales management and familiarity with the training or education industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
