Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules based on business needs.

• Work on healthcare-related workflows such as patient billing, pharmacy, inventory, and hospital administration.

• Build and enhance applications using the Frappe Framework.

• Integrate ERPNext with HIS platforms and third-party systems through APIs.

• Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization.

• Prepare technical documentation and ensure smooth deployment and support.

• Collaborate with functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient ERP solutions.

Other Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in ERP development, with strong focus on ERPNext

• Expertise in Frappe Framework, Python, JavaScript, SQL.

• Experience working in the Healthcare / HIS domain is mandatory or highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of ERP processes and hospital operational workflows.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and system customization.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to have

• Experience in hospital ERP modules (Billing, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, EMR integration )

• Exposure to cloud deployment and ERPNext upgrades is a plus.
