Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Handle mid-level and senior-level hiring requirements.
- Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), references, and other platforms.
- Manage bulk hiring when required.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
Other Requirements
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Experience in bulk hiring and vendor management.
- Knowledge of HRMS and ATS systems
