Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).

• Handle mid-level and senior-level hiring requirements.

• Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), references, and other platforms.

• Manage bulk hiring when required.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Negotiate salary and release offer letters.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.

Other Requirements

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.

• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

• Experience in bulk hiring and vendor management.

• Knowledge of HRMS and ATS systems.

Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
