Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
• Coordinate day-to-day project operations, site activities, and resources
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as BOQs, schedules, reports, and drawings
• Track project progress and update timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal technical teams
• Support procurement by coordinating material requests, deliveries, and inventory tracking
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Attend project meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
• Monitor manpower deployment and coordinate site supervisors/engineers
• Assist in billing, work completion reports, and project close-out documentation
• Identify project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager promptly

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / IT / Civil) or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in ELV / ICT / Telecom projects
• Basic understanding of systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Networking, Fire Alarm, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project activities
• Strong documentation and reporting skills

• Willingness to travel to project sites when required
