Responsibilities

• Conduct field trials & gather testimonies.
• Conduct farmer’s meetings.
• Product Development / launch through successful trials.
• Handle Farmer’s Experience Centre.
• Handling farmer’s queries.
• Maintaining healthy relationship with the farmers / dealers / distributors & farmer consortiums.

Other Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Agriculture, Horticulture.
  
• Masters in Entomology, Pathology, Plant Physiology.
• Experience in handling farmer’s queries.
• Experience in product evaluation of agricultural inputs.
• Experience in handling crop disease & pest management.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
• Work well within a team.
• Creative and innovative thinking skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• The ability to travel as needed.
• Effective communication skills-proficient in speaking Malayalam & Tamil.
• Freshers with good knowledge about crop disease & pest are also welcome.
