Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to target NBFC s, finance companies, nidhi companies, credit lending institutions, and chit companies.
• Identify and approach potential clients to introduce our accounting software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Create and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Lead the migration process of clients from old software systems to our advanced accounting software.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to continuously improve our software offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the branch team to ensure the achievement of sales and performance targets.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in software marketing, preferably in the accounting software industry.
• Strong understanding of the finance sector and familiarity with finance companies, nidhi companies, credit lending institutions, and chit companies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
