Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers / Channel partners in order to ensure the company’s customer policy.
  • Business discussions and meeting with prospective / existing dealers for business development.
  • Coordination of Promoter to achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results
  • Identification and appointment of distributors with the approval of superiors. Proper selection will help to ensure proper business growth.
  • Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
  • Payment follow-up with distributors and dealers to ensure proper cash flow
  • Implement business plans in their region /Promoter’s shops to increase customer base and improve revenue generation
  • PJP Plan, Primary and secondary sales forecasting report preparation
  • Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance
  • Provide trainings, educational workshops and challenging opportunities for enhancing career growth of employees.
  • Collect prospective customers list from promoter and contact them for sales conversion/closing.
  • Incentive /salary calculation of promoters & ensure they getting wages/incentive on time
  • Coordination of Service team for the installation /complaint management of customers
  • Support service team for Product registration and its timely installation.
  • Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data which support sales and marketing activity
  • Attending weekly meeting & monthly meetings at office with PJP plans performance reports etc.
  • Recommend and appreciate the contributions and accomplishments of sales employees through proper rewarding mechanism.
  • Represent the company in events, conferences as and when it required
  • Self-performance appraisal and appraisal for subordinates for continue improvement
  • Daily activity reporting to Retail Head and share appropriate market information

Other Requirements

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Target Achievement in the allotted region to ensure proper growth in that region
  • Product - Water purifier
  • Dealer network , Distribution, Franchisee etc.
  • Experience in deal with Nandilath G Mart is preferred
