Responsibilities

- Building and maintaining corporate Investor relationships (IR).

- Driving the invitation process to all relevant conferences and Road shows etc. Schedule and support corporate pitch meetings, and roadshows, incl. corporate pitching trips of the CFO.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, and analysts, and manage relationships with financial institutions, fostering positive relationships; regularly tracking investors' perceptions and queries and conveying the same to the CFO. Addressing investor inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Preparation and dissemination of financial reports, investor presentations, and other materials for quarterly earnings releases, investor conferences, and other relevant events.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to support consistency and accuracy in messaging and disclosures.

- Stay current with regulatory and compliance frameworks to ensure the organization's adherence to reporting requirements, maintaining a strong working knowledge of relevant securities regulations.

- Support the CFO in conveying the company's value proposition, and financial and business strategies to external stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and financial media through meetings, presentations, and other channels.

Other Requirements

- MBA degree in finance, business administration, or a related field required.

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience with a majority in the Investment Banking industry.

- A couple of years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields preferred.

- Industry pre-IPO experience will be preferred.

- Knowledge of financial markets, and a strong understanding of investment analysis.

Skills :

- Strong execution skills in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

- Organized, with multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines.

- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (esp. Words, PowerPoint & Excel).

- Self-motivated and Pro-active.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting investor communications and presenting to diverse audiences.

- Ability to distill complex financial and business information into clear, concise, and compelling messages for both internal and external stakeholders.
