We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement and expanding our client base. This role requires a candidate with a strong customer focus, excellent sales proposal creation skills, and the ability to deliver compelling software demo presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end to end sales process like prospecting, lead generation, product presentation, proposal and closure of lead.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities from own network as well as company's lead generation activities.
  • Should be able to convert leads into closures, strong hold on negotiation & convincing strategies.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of Products, technology, products and services to become a trusted business advisor for customers and partners.
  • Execute sales analysis, prepare sales report and suggest improvement opportunities to influence revenue generation.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Conduct software demo presentations to showcase our products' features and benefits.
  • Possess and maintain a valid License with vehicle for client visits.
  • Utilize personal laptop for seamless and impactful demo presentations.
  • Deliver engaging and informative presentations to potential clients.


Other Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Management, preferably in a technology/software context.
  • Proficiency in Sales Proposal Creation, with a track record of successful deals closed.
  •  Expertise in Software Demo Presentations.
  • Availability of a Personal Laptop for Demo Presentations.
  • Strong Presentation Skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.                                                       Compensation:
  • Daily DA : 120( for field days)
  • Performance Targets is there
