The International Business development Manager (Inside Sales) is responsible for identifying & developing new business opportunities in the global logistics market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the international logistics industry and a proven track record of successful business development. The candidate will be responsible for building & maintaining relationships with the client, developing sales strategies and negotiating contracts.

We are looking for Associate Manager - Inside Sales who are confident, self-starter, is a team player with drive & possesses a deep understanding of web application development.

Responsibilities

- Identify , develop and manage new business opportunities in the global logistics market.

- Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve business goals - Conduct market research & analysis to identify trends & opportunities in the logistics industry.

- Negotiate contracts & pricing agreements with clients.

- Work closely with operations & other departments to ensure successful delivery of services.

- Attend industry events & conferences to network & stay up to date on market trends qualification.

Other Requirements

- Acquiring & on boarding new sellers from the market understanding their cross border logistics requirements, pitching & selling cross border shipping product & solutions.

- Managing client relationship.

- Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience working in selling cross border shipping products/ solutions & new seller acquisition/ Onboarding candidates should have prior sales experience with logistics.

- Can-do attitude.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

- Strong listening and presentation skills.
